- In Handel's Alceste, choreographed by Sarah Cremer. (10th Dec 2000). [Having seen the EBF dancers in action twice – Purcell's The Fairy Queen, choreographed by Stephen Preston, 10th May 2001, and Handel's Acis and Galatea, choreographed by Sarah Cremer, 6th July 2001 – my opinion is that what they do is not historically accurate (despite the claims of the programme). In the case of the Handel it was also amateurish in its execution. A missed opportunity – very sad.]
